Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in customer service or hospitality required.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be receptive to feedback.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for prolonged periods with or without reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities

Create an engaging guest experience with friendliness and attentiveness.

Report to work as scheduled, on time, and prepared.

Take orders on the POS, handle cash and digital transactions.

Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes with accuracy, efficiency, and quality while adhering to all food and health safety guidelines.

Keep all areas of the store clean at all times of business operation.

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Stay informed about menu items to best assist customers.

Be flexible and open to performing tasks, both expected and unexpected, that arise during each shift.
General Manager
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of restaurant/cafe management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and an in-depth understanding of restaurant operations.

Be able to work full time.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.

Knowledge of local health and safety regulations; obtain and maintain Food Handler Certification as required by the state.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the business under the guidance of the Director of Operations.

Exemplify and enforce adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Train staff to follow café protocol and provide ongoing support and development for all team members while nurturing a positive and collaborative work environment.

Monitor and manage inventory levels and anticipate store needs daily.

Uphold excellent guest service and resolve inquiries and/or complaints professionally and empathetically.

Actively engage with the local community to enhance Sulbing’s presence.
