The Famous Snow Bingsu

While studying Food and Nutrition in Japan, the founder of Sulbing was intrigued by the art of traditional Japanese desserts and their popularity across generations. She opened a fusion rice cake cafe called Shiroo in 2010, which marked the beginning of Sulbing. With a desire to modernize Korean desserts, she created the Injeolmi Sulbing, which took the nation by storm. Within the first year of launching, Sulbing opened over 490 stores in South Korea. There are currently over 550 stores around the world, and the company is preparing for expansion in 16 countries.
